Led by Helen, a seasoned VA with a rich background in law, business leadership, education, psychology, and ministry, we bring a unique perspective to every client relationship. Rooted in Christian values, our approach is ethical, thoughtful, and people-centred.

Helen is also the co-founder of The NeuroHub VA Network — a UK-based community dedicated to connecting, supporting, and empowering virtual assistants and the neurodivergent clients who work with them. The Network provides a safe, inclusive space for peer support, specialist training, and resources tailored to neurodiverse ways of working.

Beyond this community support, the network actively advocates for meaningful policy change to improve access, inclusion, and understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace, by delivering training and attending speaking engagements on neuro-inclusion, with practical insights to businesses, organisations, and fellow professionals.

The NeuroHub VA Network, can also assist individuals in navigating and applying for Access to Work funding, ensuring neurodivergent professionals can secure the adjustments and support they need to thrive.
